Brian Walshe, a suspect in his wife’s murder case pending DNA evidence, avoids one legal charge.

One of the three court cases against suspected murderer Brian Walshe was dismissed this week.

Walshe was scheduled to go on trial in probate court in Plymouth, Massachusetts, for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from his inheritance and destroying his father’s will.

However, according to court documents, the matter was withdrawn on Monday “at both parties’ request.”

According to local news station WCVB 5, Walshe’s family, who initiated the legal action in December 2018, stated they didn’t want to invest further money in the case since they don’t think they will be able to recover the money even if they win.
