After being detained on allegations of driving while intoxicated, Tiffany Haddish declared that she was “going to get some help”.

Tiffany Haddish, acclaimed for her role in the hit film “Girls Trip,” was recently arrested by the Beverly Hills police. The incident occurred on a Friday when she was found in her car, which was stationary with its engine running. Haddish appeared to be slumped over in the vehicle, prompting police intervention.

Addressing the situation, the 43-year-old actress and comedian assured the public that such an incident would not happen again. In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, a popular showbiz outlet, Haddish expressed her commitment to seeking help. She emphasized her desire to learn more about maintaining balance and setting appropriate boundaries in her life.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Haddish explained that her car, a Tesla, had autonomously parked itself after she fell asleep at the wheel. Unfortunately, it ended up partially blocking the street. She expressed gratitude towards the police for their professional handling of the situation.

In a video procured by TMZ, another media outlet, Haddish was seen being escorted in handcuffs to a police car. This arrest came just a day after she had performed at a community Thanksgiving feast in Los Angeles, which was free to the public.

Tiffany Haddish has previously faced legal issues, with a prior arrest for driving under the influence in Peachtree City, Georgia, in 2022. She gained widespread fame for her performance in “Girls Trip,” sharing the screen with stars like Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah.
