THE QUEEN OF TALK HAS BEEN TURNING HEADS! SHE RECENTLY OPENED UP ABOUT HER JOURNEY AND WHY SHE COULDN’T DO WEIGHT-LOSS DRUGS.
Oprah Winfrey, at 69 years old, has been turning heads with her impressive fitness transformation. She recently showcased her toned physique on the red carpet at the world premiere of “The Color Purple,” held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Winfrey, who co-produced the movie alongside Steven Spielberg, was in high spirits at the event.
In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, Winfrey, often referred to as the Queen of Talk, shared insights into her fitness journey. “It’s not one thing, it’s everything. I intend to keep it that way,” she remarked, also mentioning her dedication to exercise, “I was on that treadmill today.”
The film, set for a Christmas release, is based on Alice Walker’s 1982 novel and is an adaptation of the Broadway show. It features a stellar cast including Fantasia Barrino, Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks, Colman Domingo, and Halle Bailey.
Oprah’s weight journey has been a subject she’s openly discussed over the years. During a panel in September titled “Oprah Daily’s ‘The Life You Want Class: The State of Weight,'” she reflected on her experiences with weight management. “You all know I’ve been on this journey for most of my life.
